2. Shipping Providers: We primarily use UPS or USPS for all shipments.
3. Tracking: Once your artwork is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
4. Insurance: All artworks are fully insured during transit. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, please contact us immediately.
5. Delivery Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for domestic shipments and 10-20 business days for international shipments.
6. International Shipments: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. Please be aware of your country's import regulations.
7. Returns & Damages: If you receive an artwork that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a return and replacement or refund.
